What colours are available for my spa?
Within certain limits specifically on material size we can make any model in any colour from our range.
Do I need to use chemicals?
Yes, you do! It is imperative that the cleanliness of the water in your spa or hot tub is maintained.
What does the ozone generator do?
The ozonator acts as a water purifier NOT as a sanitizer. This will help keep the water clear but chemical treatment is still necessary.
How often should I empty and refill my spa or hot tub?
The spa water needs to be drained after 10 to 12 weeks use. Impurities can build up and the only effective way to remove them is to drain the water and replenish. The Health and Safety Executive specifically recommends that water changes occur after this time. Some companies claim that water in the tub does not need to be changed for 12 months, but this simply is not true. If in doubt, talk to the local HSE about it.
