Just thought I would drop you a line to once again express my thanks for repairing our Jacuzzi in a first class professional way.
When a high cost item, like a Jacuzzi ceases to operate, it is a terrible feeling, because you are unsure whether or not the problem can be rectified, and therefore face the real prospect of replacement, which would cost thousands of pounds (especially when in our case it is more than a decade ago that we purchased it).
I appreciate the fact that you persevered until getting to the bottom of the problem, which as you know turned out to be a two separate problems making it much more difficult to identify the cause.
Having established the main core problem (the pump), I appreciate the fact that even though the Jacuzzi was more than ten years old you suggested a pump refurbishment, rather than just pushing for a pump replacement or even a Jacuzzi replacement, which were the two options offered to me by the first Jacuzzi specialist we appointed to try and solve the problem, who never got to the bottom of it.
You offered a prompt and efficient service, which is always appreciated, and I was totally satisfied with the cost of the job.
I have no hesitation is recommending you to anyone else with a Jacuzzi problem, and again congratulate you on a job well done.
